BlackBerry PlayBook Video

Courtesy of Engadget, RIM co-CEO Jim Balsillie demonstrated the PlayBook in private to Engadget.  The more we see videos, the more we believe that this tablet is the true "iPad killer."  Current Android tablets are no match for this potential powerhouse.  Check out video.

Why do we think this?  Well, first the PlayBook will have true multitasking which looks amazing.  Current Android's multitasking looks primitive & not user friendly compared to the PlayBook's.  With a 1GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM, multitasking appears to be its biggest strength.  Second, full Adobe Flash 10.1 support plus built-in support for HTML 5 creates a one two punch.  Another strength is the ability to pair this with a BlackBerry smartphone.  One can sync emails, calendar, documents, etc.  Dual camera for video conferencing (and high quality 3MP for forward-facing camera & 5MP for rear-facing camera) also are a big plus.  We could continue with the pluses but we will not.  We will just patiently await its arrival.
