Survery Results: Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9/10.1 is Winner

Our survey closed several days ago.  The question of the month was "What other tablet would you like us to review next?"  The winner: Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9/10.1. 

Only 23 votes were counted and here are the rankings in terms of percentage:

1. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9/10.1: 30%
2. Asus Eee Pad Transformer: 26%
3. Acer Iconia Tab: 21%
4. HTC Flyer: 13%
5. Toshiba Un-named (now Thrive): 8%
6. LG Optimus Pad: 0%

Figures do not add up to 100% due to rounding.  It was a close race between Galaxy Tab and the Eee Pad Transformer.  The Galaxy Tab 10.1 is not available yet but will be as of June 17th nationwide (June 8 in Best Buy's NYC Union Street location).  The Eee Pad Transformer, which is currently available, has been a very hot selling tablet in part due to its $399 price tage.  Although figures are not available, we will not be surprised that Asus' sales figures will exceed Motorola's Xoom sales numbers.

We will try to get our hands on a Galaxy Tab 10.1 in order to review one.
